Important Guidelines

• Conference Registration is Mandatory for all delegates including children above the age of 7 years.
• Children less than 7 years must be registered (Free of Charge) for logistics and security reasons.
• Always wear your barcoded registration badge within the conference premises.
• Preferred payment modes: Card, Net-Banking, Online, UPI, QR, and Demand Draft. Cheques will not be accepted.
• Registration is non-transferable.
• Delegates must bring the registration receipt at the time of check-in.
• All remittance, bank charges, and transaction fees to be borne by the delegate.

Spot Registrations

• Payment accepted via Cash, Card or UPI only.
• Delegate kits for spot registrations are subject to availability.
• Kits will be handed over only to registered delegates, or to authorized representatives with a signed registration receipt.
• Entry for accompanying persons may be restricted to specific areas.
• Organizers are not responsible for date changes of the conference.
• Organizers are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• No kits or workshop materials will be distributed after the conference.
• DDs should be drawn in favor of “IAP Neocon 2026” payable at Vijayawada.
• Registration confirmation with ID will be sent through E-Mail only within 30 days after payment is received.
